THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, TO: Wilford Glenn Tucker, Individually and as Trustee of the Christine Holly Tucker Revocable Trust dated November 30, 2001 and Unknown Successor Trustees, Assigns and Beneficiaries of the Christine Holly Tucker Revocable Trust dated November 30, 2001, if living or if dead, the names or whereabouts of said Defendant(s)' unknown successors, if any.

TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition on or before May 6, 2017, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you awarding Plaintiff a first lien upon the following described real estate, situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

THE S1/2 OF S1/2 OF S1/2 OF SW1/4 OF SE1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 17 EAST OF THE I.B.& M., ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA ACCORDING TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 34806 S. 4198 Road, Inola, OK 74036

for the sum of $119,388.82, with interest from July 1, 2016, at 5.5 percent per annum, together with a reasonable attorney's fee, $790.00 for abstracting, advances for taxes, insurance and property preservation, and the costs of this action, and ordering said property sold to satisfy said judgment, and forever barring you and all persons claiming by, through or under you from ever setting up or asserting any right, title, equity or interest in and to said real estate adverse to the right and title of the purchaser at said foreclosure sale, and for such other and further relief to which it may be entitled.
