SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by, Pryor Public Schools, Independent School District No. 1, Mayes County, Pryor, Oklahoma, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", in the Education Service Center, 405 SW 1st Street, Pryor, OK 74361 until 2:00 o'clock PM, Thursday, February 19th, 2026, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing all labor and materials for the MIDDLE SCHOOL REROOF.
Bid Opening: All Bid Packages: Thursday, February 19th, 2026 Until 2:00 PM
Perspective bidders are encouraged to attend the designated Pre-Bid Site Conference on February 5th, 2026 at 10:00 AM held at the project site 7 South Hogan St, Pryor, OK 74362. Attendance is not mandatory.
The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference.
Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid and all alternates shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder if the bid equals or exceeds $50,000.00. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
Copies of the Bidding Documents (General Conditions, Drawings, Specifications, Bid Packages, and other Bidding Documents) will be available beginning Monday, January 12th, 2026 and can be reviewed at the following locations:

CM Manual and associated project bid packages must be obtained from Bravo Builders LLC. Requests for documents shall be directed to Brandon Voss (bvoss@bravo-builders.com) or Charles Hogan (chogan@bravo-builders.com).
Bid Packages, Drawings, & Specifications are available via electronic transfer upon request through the office of Bravo Builders LLC at no charge. All printing costs are the bidders responsibility.
Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty days (30) after the opening of bids and the written contract executed within ten days thereafter.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
